HeroHunt.ai | Eevee Meets B.V. is built to help recruiters source talent responsibly. We process only publicly available professional information, for the legitimate purpose of professional recruiting, and we honor the rights that the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) gives every individual.

For recruiting, the Service aggregates publicly available professional profile data, such as a person's name, professional headline, work history, public skills, and publicly listed contact details. We do not collect special-category data and we do not scrape private or access-restricted content.

We rely on legitimate interest as the lawful basis for processing publicly available professional data for recruiting, balanced against the rights and freedoms of the individuals concerned. Customers using the Service act as data controllers for the outreach they choose to send and are responsible for using the Service in line with applicable law.

Any individual whose data appears in the Service can: - Access the data we hold about them - Rectify inaccurate or outdated information - Object to processing and be removed from the index - Erasure of their data ("right to be forgotten") To exercise any of these rights, email support@herohunt.ai and we will action the request without undue delay.

We keep professional data only as long as it is useful for recruiting and refresh it from public sources so it stays accurate. Customer account data is retained for the life of the account. We remove individuals from the index promptly on a valid objection or erasure request.

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. We work only with vetted infrastructure, email, and payment processors bound by data processing agreements, and we share the minimum data necessary for each to perform its function.

Where data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, we use appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses to ensure an equivalent level of protection.
